Wisconsin Men's Ministry is the official men's ministry arm of the Wisconsin District UPCI (United Pentecostal Church International). We exist to strengthen, equip, and release men into their God-given purpose across every church in the state of Wisconsin. Our ministry is led by District Men's Director Doug Chapman and District Men's Secretary Rev. Josh Stone, Pastor of Rock Ministries in Janesville, Wisconsin.
As the men's ministry of the Wisconsin District UPCI, we believe every man has a calling. Our job is to help him discover it, develop it, and deploy it. We work with local churches across Wisconsin to build thriving men's groups that go beyond Sunday morning.
Our 2026 theme, "Who Is at Your Table?", centers on the Three Tables framework. This is a call for every man to build three essential tables in his life:
This framework shapes all of our programming, curriculum, and events throughout the year.
We host annual events including Wisconsin Men's Camp, Iron Sharpens Iron regional gatherings, and local fellowship events across the Wisconsin District. These events bring together men from UPCI churches statewide for worship, teaching, and brotherhood.
Our Church in a Day (CIAD) work missions program brings skilled tradesmen together to build and renovate church buildings in as little as one day. This is one of the most impactful programs in the Wisconsin District UPCI, combining service with fellowship.
We administer revitalization grants to help struggling churches across the district. We maintain a Skills Directory connecting volunteers with projects that match their abilities. And we provide curriculum and teaching resources for pastors and men's leaders who want to start or grow a men's ministry at their local church.
